TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read the T&C's carefully before booking; by booking with No Filter Nails, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and services, and by utilising the website or services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your records. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to use or access this website. If you have complaints or queries, please send them to the contact details. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site and in person. They do not affect your statutory rights.
COVID 19
At No Filter Nails we are committed to maintaining a clean, sanitised and safe environment for everyone. All tools will be fully sterilised in sealed, sanitised pouches. If you test positive within 48 hours of attending the salon, please notify us at hello@nfnails.com immediately.
BOOKINGS
To guarantee No Filter Nails can accommodate your preferred times and services, we encourage you to book in advance. The quickest way to book is online via our booking system. Alternatively, you can call or message to arrange your appointment. You can book future appointments up to 8 weeks in advance. Please refer to the booking system for availability.
CANCELLATIONS & LATE ARRIVAL
No Filter Nails has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if more than 48 hours notice has been given and 100% of deposit money received will be refunded.
Cancelling a booking within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time or a no show will result in the loss of your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded. Should you cancel or not arrive for a booked appointment twice, we will request a full payment upfront for any future bookings.
If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for an appointment, your service will be subject to change. We adhere to a strict treatment schedule and reserve the right to cancel part or all of your treatment.
TREATMENT UPGRADES / ADD ONS
You can upgrade your treatment or add on extra services during the booking process. Add Ons include nail art, removals and strengthening treatments. Should you wish to upgrade or include an add on during your appointment with us, we will do our best to accommodate depending on our schedule but we cannot guarantee service. Please book your add ons at time of booking to ensure you get the treatment you would like.
PAYMENT AND CONTRACT
All bookings will require a £20.00 deposit. The deposit amount will be shown before your appointment is confirmed in the booking system. Deposit payments can be made by debit or credit card at checkout. Any contract deemed to have been created via transacting with this web site will be made with No Filter Nails.
PRICES
Treatment and product prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. If there are errors, or typos reflected in our prices, we are not required to honour them, though we will contact you with details of the error and you will have the option to continue or cancel. Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT.
DISCOUNT CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or bundles unless otherwise stated. We may withdraw or amend offers at any point without notice. Where combo / package deals are offered, no substitutes or changes can be made to the set treatment.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers purchased will be delivered as an e-voucher via email. You will be asked for what email address to send the gift voucher to at checkout. Gift vouchers will be valid for a one year time period, after which they will expire and can no longer be used. Should a treatment cost less than the gift voucher amount, the remaining balance will be returned as another e-gift voucher. No Filter Nails are not responsible for deleted / misplaced e-vouchers.
AFTERCARE
We take huge pride in our work and take every care that you will have a set of nails that will last, however it’s important you look after them in-between treatments too. We will email you our top tips for after care and manicure longevity and you can find a summary below. We strongly recommend you read and follow this guidance. We cannot guarantee our work in circumstances where aftercare advice hasn’t been followed.
NO FILTER NAILS AFTERCARE ADVICE
WEAR GLOVES: when you’re washing up, cleaning, gardening or handling highly pigmented foods like turmeric or beetroot to avoid staining
NOURISH: keep your cuticles and hands hydrated by massaging in cuticle oil and use a hand moisturise daily (we recommend before bed).
DON’T PICK: do not pick or peel off your gel polish as this can cause damage to your nails. We recommend you book a removal treatment instead of DIY
WEAR & TEAR: avoid using your nails to open ring pulls and boxes etc.
REGULAR TREATMENTS: so we can help ensure your nails keep strong, healthy (and looking amazing), we recommend you book regular maintenance appointments every 2 – 3 weeks.
AVOID: where possible avoid long periods of time in water i.e. washing up or swimming and in hot environments such as a sauna or hot tub.
If any adverse reaction occurs such as redness, inflammation or a rash of any kind around the nails, please contact your GP immediately.
INFILL / REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS
BIAB overlay over natural nails, you can book an infill treatment within 3 weeks of application. After 3 weeks, we will charge an additional fee due to the extra time it takes to rebalance and refine.
If you require removal of a treatment not completed by No Filter Nails, please contact us and we will try our best to help. Please note that we cannot guarantee removal service of work that is not our own.
REPAIR POLICY
At No Filter Nails, our mission is to provide the highest quality experience and treatments. However, should you encounter any issues, we operate a seven day repair policy for any TGB gel polish treatments.
We will repair any damage that we deem to be as a result of our application free of charge. After these time frames, you will need to book a repair service charged at £2 per nail or £4 per nail if includes nail art.
Please email hello@nfnails.com with a photo of the issue and we will contact you to arrange a time to complete the repair. Lateness and cancellation policy will still apply to repair bookings.
OUR RIGHT TO CHOOSE
We don't tolerate rudeness or disrespect and have the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves inappropriately. We reserve the right to amend terms and conditions, when necessary, with or without advance warning.
